Strong Leaders have a distinctive leadership style, are confident, credible, inspiring and engaging. They balance the need to build and maintain productive relationships with the need to deliver difficult messages.
They show a range of thinking styles to problem solve and make sound decisions. They are motivated by their values.
They genuinely value staff, respect and empower their teams, show strong emotional intelligence.
They understand their strengths and areas for growth and are keen to continuously improve themselves and others. Effective leaders handle stress well and are resilient in pursuing business goals.
