Self-Confidence: What It Is And How You Can Measure Yours

Self confidence is fundamental to a fulfilling life.  

In this video, David and Emma discuss self confidence.  They explain what self confidence is and why it is fundamental to a fulfilling life.  Although it is difficult define, at Impact Coaching, David and Emma have attempted to do so and have created a working model of self confidence.  This model covers the 5 key areas associated with self confidence; self esteem, self efficacy, emotional stability, openness to experience and locus of control.  Emma talks about what these 5 areas are and why they are important.

David and Emma refer to self confidence as a skill that can be learnt.  They discuss how coaching with a coaching psychologist can help raise an individual's confidence.  They go on to explain how you can test your level of self confidence using the Impact Coaching Self Confidence Indicator Test.
